As a Supervisor / Estimator, you will require:
n
n
- Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence – essential
n
- Insurance building or repair experience
n
- Estimating and/or site supervision experience
n
- Ability to complete site assessments and scopes of works
n
- Strong residential construction knowledge
n
- Experience coordinating trades and subcontractors
n
- Ability to manage multiple insurance repair jobs
n
- Strong communication and organisation skills
n
- Current Australian driver's licence
n

You will take ownership of insurance repair projects from assessment through to completion — inspecting damage, preparing scopes and estimates, coordinating trades and supervising works on site.
