With three recently opened spaces in the Sydney region, we're excited to bring on a Multi-Site Space Coordinator to work across our locations - perfect for someone who enjoys variety and meeting new people.

This is a hands-on role that ensures the space is welcoming, events run smoothly, and members receive the high level of service WOTSO is known for.

n

This role could be ideal for someone coming from hospitality or retail or anyone ready for a role that blends people, sales and administration. With training provided, we'll set you up with everything you need to succeed at WOTSO.

What You'll Be Doing

n

Front of House & Member Experience

n

n
- Cover reception and be the first point of contact for members and guests
n
- Greet everyone with a warm, professional attitude
n
- Support members with general enquiries (in person, phone and email)
n
- Assist with member tours
n
- Book and set up meeting rooms
n

n

Space Presentation & Admin

n

n
- Onboard new members and help them feel at home from day one
n
- Daily set up and pack down of the space
n
- Manage stock levels,



consumables, and site orders
n
- Keep kitchen and communal areas well stocked and presentable ️
n
- Assist with community events and activations
n
- Create graphics using Canva
n
- Support Instagram posting and other local marketing initiatives
n
- Jump in where needed - no job too small
n

About You

n

n
- Background in retail, hospitality, reception or customer service (we'll teach you the rest)
n
- A natural doer, you see what needs doing and get onto it
n
- Friendly, confident and comfortable talking to people
n
- Organised, reliable and good at juggling tasks
n
- Happy being on your feet and moving around throughout the day
n
- Open to travelling between different WOTSO locations
n
