Our client is a national construction and insurance practice with a strong reputation in construction disputes and litigation. A permanent prospect has opened for a Construction and Insurance Disputes Lawyer with 3 to 6 years' PAE to join the Sydney team.

About the role n

You will act for builders, contractors, principals, developers, sub-contractors and construction insurers on disputes across construction, projects and infrastructure. You will:

- Run construction and insurance disputes with partner and special counsel oversight
n




- Draft pleadings, advice and correspondence
n
- Manage day-to-day client contact on your files
n
- Work alongside partners and special counsel on the larger matters
n
- Take on increasing responsibility as your experience builds
n

What you'll bring nn
- 3 to 6 years' PAE
n
- Admission to practise in Australia and a current practising certificate
n
- Litigation or dispute resolution experience, construction or insurance preferred
n
- Strong drafting and advocacy skills and a collaborative approach
n

Additional information nn
- $135K - $180K + super, set by experience
