Graduate Legal Counsel - Sydney (Grad Program) n

Join Goldwind Australia's two-year Graduate Program and develop your career at the intersection of law, renewable energy, and major infrastructure projects.

As part of our Legal Team, you will: n

Participate in a structured 24-month graduate development program.

n

Learn from experienced in-house legal professionals and industry experts.

n

Gain exposure to the full lifecycle of wind farm and renewable energy projects.

n

Assist with reviewing, drafting, and managing a range of commercial agreements and project documentation.

n

Develop an understanding of construction, procurement, property, corporate, regulatory, and project delivery matters.

n

Work closely with project managers, engineers, commercial teams, contractors, and external legal advisers.

n

Build a strong foundation for a long-term career in renewable energy and infrastructure law.

Your Background n





We are seeking motivated graduates who are passionate about law, renewable energy, and supporting the delivery of major infrastructure projects.

n

You will ideally have:

n

A Bachelor of Laws (LLB), Juris Doctor (JD), or equivalent legal qualification.

n

A strong interest in commercial, construction, infrastructure, energy, or project-related law.

n

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

n

Solid analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.

n

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

n

A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn within a dynamic project environment.

n

Previous exposure to commercial law, construction law, energy law, or infrastructure projects through university studies, clerkships, internships, or work experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.
