n We are currently seeking experienced Deputies for the following positions of our renewed contract on:
n - Attractive even time roster 7 on 7 off on DAY shift
n - 4/3 NIGHT shift
n
Desirable Skills &Expereience;:
n
n
- Robust communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
n
- Experience with promoting a positive safety culture within the mine
n
- Sound planning, organisation and problem solving skills
n
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets
n
- Proven experience in a supervisory role
n
- Strong management and leadership capability
n
- Demonstrated technical & operational ability in a similar mining environment
n
n
Mandatory Requirements:
n
n
- A current Deputy certificate of competency, or mutual recognition qualification
n
- Practising Deputy Certificate
n
- Current, or willingness to obtain, Order 43 medical
n
n
In addition to the above, you will have a genuine commitment to safety and demonstrate a sound understanding of risk and hazard identification.
n You will be an exceptional team member with a flexible attitude and sound work ethic.
