What You’ll Be Doingn

- Construction scheduling — Allocate trades, book suppliers, and manage build timelines
n
- Workflow coordination — Keep supervisors, trades, and clients updated
n
- Timeline management — Spot delays early and adjust schedules proactively
n
- System updates — Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation
n
- Stakeholder communication — Build strong relationships with trades and internal teams
n

What You’ll Bringn

- Experience in residential construction scheduling or coordination
n
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
n
- Ability to manage multiple custom builds at once
n
- Solid understanding of build stages and trade sequencing
n
- Confidence using construction software and admin systems
