Job Description

Vincere in Sydney CBD is seeking a commercially minded lawyer with 2-4 years PQE and an Australian practicing certificate to draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial and technology agreements. You will work across SaaS, services licensing, reseller, distribution, supply, procurement and consultancy contracts.

You will advise on contractual interpretation, risk allocation and commercial strategy, while managing client relationships and contributing to regulatory compliance guidance
