About the Role n
nReporting to the Credit Manager, you'll take ownership of a large customer ledger and play a key role in managing the end-to-end accounts receivable and collections function. This is suited to someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, and ensuring outstanding cash collection outcomes.n
Key Responsibilities: n

n
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 500+ customer accounts
n
- Perform end-to-end Accounts Receivable and collections activities
n
- Maintain customer ledgers and proactively follow up overdue accounts
n
- Liaise with customers via phone and email to resolve payment queries
n
- Work within Salesforce to manage customer accounts and communications
n
- Process customer credit card payments
n
- Complete daily banking for allocated accounts
n




- Follow up claims with warehouses and internal stakeholders
n
- Release customer orders once payments have been received
n
- Build strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers
n

About You n
nWe're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, has excellent attention to detail, and can confidently manage competing priorities.n
nYou will ideally have:n
n

n
- Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable or Credit Control position
n
- Experience working within the FMCG industry is an advantage
n
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA (highly regarded)
n
- Salesforce experience is preferred
n
- Robust Microsoft Excel and Word skills
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills
n
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment
n
