Ayurveda Rasayani Pty Ltd T/A's Kushayu Ayurveda & Wellness is a holistic wellness clinic dedicated to delivering personalised Ayurvedic treatments and traditional wellness therapies. Our services include Panchakarma, detoxification, rejuvenation, Ayurvedic massage, Shirodhara and specialised skin and hair therapies.

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled and motivated Ayurvedic Health Therapist to join our team and assist in delivering high-quality therapeutic services in a professional and welcoming clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver Ayurvedic therapies, including Abhyanga (Ayurvedic oil massage), Shirodhara and other prescribed body treatments.
- Assist with Panchakarma procedures and detoxification therapies under the direction of the Ayurvedic practitioner.
- Prepare treatment rooms, oils, herbal preparations, equipment and other required materials.
- Welcome clients, explain treatment procedures and ensure their comfort and privacy.
- Monitor client responses during treatments and report concerns to the supervising practitioner.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and follow established clinical protocols.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, equipment care and workplace safety.
- Assist with Ayurvedic beauty treatments, including skin and hair therapies, where appropriately trained.
- Support stock management and maintain adequate supplies of oils, herbs,



linen and treatment materials.
- Work collaboratively with practitioners and clinic staff to provide a positive client experience.

Essential Requirements:

- Relevant qualification or formal training in Ayurvedic therapy, Ayurvedic massage or a related field.
- Practical experience in Ayurvedic treatments and therapeutic massage.
- Knowledge of traditional Ayurvedic treatment procedures and hygiene practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A caring, professional and client-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends, as required.

Desirable Skills:

- Experience with Panchakarma, Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Pinda Sweda or other traditional Ayurvedic therapies.
- Experience in an Ayurvedic clinic, wellness centre or similar therapeutic setting.
- Knowledge of Ayurvedic oils, herbal preparations and treatment-room procedures.
- Training or experience in Ayurvedic skin and hair therapies.
