Responsibilities:
As Head of Department - Senior Schooling, you will: * Lead curriculum planning and teaching practices to improve student learning outcomes. * Establish a shared vision and high expectations for student and staff performance. * Build staff capability through collaboration, mentoring and skilled learning. * Promote inclusive practices and positive relationships with students, families and the wider community. * Use data to monitor student progress and drive continuous improvement. * Manage departmental staff,



resources and operations effectively. * Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, departmental policies and procedures. * Contribute to the school's strategic direction and model ongoing professional growth. Please refer to the Role Description for a full list of responsibilities.
