Are you someone who enjoys being active, working outdoors and being part of a friendly team? We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Offsider to join a well-known not-for-profit organisation, helping collect donated goods and make a positive difference in the community.

This is a excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, meeting new people and being out and about rather than stuck in a warehouse all day!

What's involved?

- Assisting the truck driver with collecting donated goods from homes and businesses.
- Loading and unloading furniture, clothing, toys and other donated items.
- Providing friendly and helpful customer service to donors.
- Helping secure loads and ensuring goods are transported safely.
- Completing collection paperwork when required.
- Assisting with general warehouse duties when needed.

What we're looking for

- Someone physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.

- A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on role that involves lifting and carrying items.
- Previous offsider, removalist, furniture delivery or labouring experience is an advantage, but not essential.

What's in it for you?

- Monday to Friday hours - enjoy your weekends off!
- $33.58 per hour.
- Work with a friendly and supportive team.
- Stay active throughout the day and enjoy variety in your work.
- Meet people from all walks of life.
- Make a genuine difference by helping support the local community.

If you enjoy physical work, like being part of a team and want a role where your efforts contribute to something meaningful, we'd love to hear from you!
