About the Role
Supporting the Facilities Management team, you'll coordinate maintenance, contractors and day-to-day operational requirements, helping ensure services are delivered efficiently and stakeholders receive a high level of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up on outstanding works
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and update facilities management systems
- Assist with contractor compliance, quotes, purchase orders and invoices
- Support inspections, reporting and general facilities administration
About You
- 2+ years' experience in facilities,
property or a similar coordination role
- Experience liaising with contractors and service providers
- Strong organisational, communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems
- A proactive, practical and team-oriented approach
