Temporary Customer Service Representative

Location: Mulgrave (Must be able to drive due to location)

Hourly Rate: $38 + Super

Working Hours: Full Time with Rotational Shifts +Hybrid Working

Start Date: Immediately

We are partnering with a highly regarded global organisation to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join their Customer Operations team in Mulgrave.

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service. Supporting customers across Australia and New Zealand, you will be the first point of contact for a range of finance and insurance-related enquiries via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email
- Resolve customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
- Support customers with finance and insurance-related queries
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve positive customer outcomes

As part of an evolving team structure, this role will provide exposure to the Collections & Account Support function.



This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are interested in developing their financial services experience and broadening their skillset.

About You?

- Previous customer service, contact centre, administration or customer operations experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Customer-centric with a solutions-focused mindset
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a quick-paced environment
- Professional, resilient, and highly compliant in your approach
- Strong computer and system navigation
- Previous collections, banking, lending, or financial services experience is advantageous but not essential.
