Job Description

Penrith City Council is hiring qualified lifeguards to join our aquatic team across Ripples St Marys and Penrith locations. We offer seasonal summer contracts from October 2026 to April 2027 and casual shifts with diverse hours, including early mornings and evenings.

You will supervise water spaces, ensure patron safety, provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean, welcoming environment, respond to incidents with First Aid/CPR, and support bookings and programs.
