Position Summary

n

The Data Engineering Lead is responsible for the end-to-end ownership,
n governance, delivery, support, optimization, and strategic roadmap of the
n organization's Digital Engineering and Data Platforms. This role provides
n leadership across data integration, data warehousing, analytics, automation,
n reporting, AI-enabled data platforms, and enterprise application ecosystems.

n

The role will oversee a portfolio comprising Microsoft Fabric, Azure
n Synapse Analytics, Data Lake, Informatica, Azure Integration Services, Power
n BI, Power Automate, Nintex, UiPath, GitHub, SecurePay, Message Exchange Portal,
n Blue Care Application, and associated enterprise platforms. The individual will
n drive data modernization initiatives, ensure operational excellence, maintain
n platform reliability, and lead teams delivering data-driven business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Data Platform Leadership

n

n
- Own enterprise data platform strategy,
n architecture, governance, and roadmap.

n
- Lead modernization of Azure Data Lake, Synapse,
n and Microsoft Fabric environments.

n
- Ensure scalable, secure, and cost-effective data
n engineering solutions.

n
- Define enterprise data standards, data quality
n frameworks, and metadata management practices.

n
- Support advanced analytics, reporting, AI, and
n business intelligence initiatives.

n

Data Integration & ETL Management

n

n
- Manage enterprise integrations using:

- Informatica

n
- Azure Integration Services

n
- Message Exchange Portal

n
- APIs and event-driven integrations

n
n
- Govern ETL/ELT pipelines and enterprise data
n flows.

n
- Ensure data availability, integrity, consistency,
n and performance across platforms.

Analytics & Business Intelligence

n

n
- Lead enterprise Power BI strategy and service
n delivery.

n
- Establish BI governance and reporting standards.

n




- Partner with business stakeholders to deliver
n actionable insights and executive dashboards.

n
- Drive self-service analytics adoption.

n

Service Delivery & Operations

n

n
- Own service management processes aligned to ITIL
n standards.

n
- Manage L2/L3 support teams and vendor
n engagements.

n
- Ensure SLA, KPI, availability, and performance
n targets are achieved.

n
- Drive incident, problem, change, and release
n management activities.

n
- Establish operational dashboards and executive
n reporting.

n

Stakeholder Management

n

n
- Collaborate with business leaders, architects,
n security teams, vendors, and external partners.

n
- Translate business requirements into scalable
n technical solutions.

n
- Present platform roadmaps, risks, and performance
n metrics to senior leadership.

Governance & Compliance

n

n
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security,
n privacy, and regulatory requirements.

- Implement data governance and access management
n frameworks.

n
- Maintain audit readiness and risk mitigation
n controls.

Team Leadership

n

- Lead and mentor Data Engineers, Data Analysts,
n Integration Specialists, BI Developers, and Platform Engineers.

n
- Drive capability development and technical
n excellence.

n
- Foster a culture of innovation, automation, and
n continuous improvement.

Required Experience

n

n
- 10+ years in Data Engineering, Analytics,
n Integration, or Enterprise Applications.

n
- 5+ years leading enterprise-scale data and integration
n platforms.

n
- Experience managing production support and
n application delivery teams.

n
- Proven experience delivering cloud-based data
n modernization programs.

n
- Robust stakeholder management experience across
n business and technology teams.

n
- Experience managing multiple vendors and managed
n service providers.

n

n

Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to interact
n effectively with stakeholders, end users, and
n cross-functional teams.
