About the Roles n

As a Kitchen Steward , you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for both staff and guests.

Please note we are recruiting Full time role for Kitchen Steward. Key Responsibilities n

Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment using industrial dishwashing machinery or by hand

n

Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, sinks, and floors

n

Dispose of waste properly and empty bins regularly

n

Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP standards)

n





Assist kitchen staff by organizing plates and utensils

n

Handle and store cleaning chemicals safely in accordance with WH&S; procedures

n

Restock cleaning supplies and kitchen essentials as needed

About You n

Previous experience in stewarding is preferred

n

Valid working rights in Australia

n

Flexibility to work rotating roster (mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays) Monday to Sunday

n

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently

n

A positive attitude, reliability, and punctuality

n

Team player with strong attention to detail

n

Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks

n

Basic understanding of food safety principles (or willingness to learn)
