The Role: n
Working within a team of three, you will assist in managing a portfolio of approximately 400 properties, with responsibilities including:
n
n
- Assisting with rental applications and reference checks
n
- Conducting open homes and property inspections
n
- Coordinating maintenance requests and work orders
n
- Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
n
- Completing ingoing and outgoing inspections
n
- Providing day-to-day support to the Senior Property Manager
n
- Assisting with general Property Management administration
n
- Ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and within deadlines
n
The Ideal Candidate: nn
- Minimum 12 months of experience within the real estate industry
n
- Certificate of Registration (COR)
n
- Valid driver's licence and reliable car
n
- Ideally based in or familiar with Sydney's Inner West
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
- Positive, enthusiastic and proactive attitude
n
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
n
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
n
