Position Description n
nResponsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining quality standards within Measurement Plus. A suitable candidate will play a key role in ensuring that products and services meet or exceed customer expectations and comply with industry standards.n
nThe specific duties include:n

- Developing and implementing quality control procedures, standards, and systems.
n
n
- Conducting inspections and audits to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
n
n
- Analysing data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
n
n
- Providing feedback to GM - Operations on the effectiveness of the company's quality control systems.
n
n
- Training employees on quality control and best practices.
n
n
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure quality is integrated throughout the organisation.
n
n
- Maintaining a current understanding of industry standards and regulations.
n
n




- Communicating with external customers and suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
n
n

Prerequisites: n
n

n
- A qualification in a related field such as quality management, or business administration is highly regarded.
n
n
- Experience in a related field, such as quality control or quality assurance.
n
n
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
n
- Experience in oil and gas quality standards and regulations.
n
n
- Knowledge of statistical process control and quality management techniques.
n
n
- Strong attention to detail.
n
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
n
- Strong leadership and time management skills.
n
n
- Experience and knowledge of ISO 9001 is essential.
n

nExpected Salary AU$70-80K + super per annum depending on level of experience.n
