About the Practice n
North Brisbane Dental Clinic is a busy, privately owned general dental practice in Brisbane's inner north. Over the past 15 years, we’ve grown to be a busy 7 surgery practice with 9 dentists and 3 hygienists.

Our Clinicians provide all levels of general dental care, including orthodontics, paediatric dentistry, cosmetic and implant dentistry, and everything in between.
n
Behind them is an exceptional team of hardworking support staff who are committed to providing our patients with the highest level of care and service.
n
We also have an in office dental laboratory with a full digital setup, allowing us to make mouthguards, retainers, splints and most of our crowns in-house.
Tasks and responsibilities n
We are searching for an enthusiastic Dental Receptionist to join our busy team.
n
The role will include:
n
Helping our patients feel comfortable, relaxed and well cared for.
n
Patient scheduling and appointment management.
n
Greeting patients and providing a warm, welcoming experience.
n
Answering phone calls and assisting with patient enquiries.
n
Billing and HICAPS processing.
n
Sterilising instruments when required.
n
Assisting with treatment room setup and shutdown when required.

You are happy to work a variety of shifts.

*Experience in the dental industry while helpful, is not essential.
