About the Role: n

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team on a casual basis. This role involves residential cleaning, working with our lovely high quality clients on a consistent schedule to deliver a spotless clean that makes them smile and love walking back into their homes.

You will typically work between 15-24 hours per week, depending on your availability and our scheduling needs. Opportunity for increased hours may be available as our client base continues to grow.

n

We're currently looking for applicants who can commit to at least 3 regular days each week, Monday to Friday, with availability between 8:30am and 4:30pm . Please note that this role is not currently suited to school-hour availability (e.g. 9:00am–2:00pm) , as our client bookings typically commence at 8:30am and may run through to 4:30pm.

Full paid training will be provided to help you succeed and feel confident in your role.

What You'll Be Doing: n

- General cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping surfaces
n
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and other common areas to a high standard
n
- Following a checklist and our cleaning processes to always meet client expectations
n
- Accepting and implementing feedback to improve performance and maintain our service standards
n
- Ensuring timely and professional communication with clients and the team
n

- Award hourly rate of $33.85 + 12% superannuation

- Paid travel between jobs at $1.01 per km in addition to your ordinary hours

- You have a reliable car and a valid driver’s license

- You can commit to working during school holidays

- Prior cleaning experience is a bonus, but not essential – we’re happy to train you!
