WorkTrybe, partnering with Sumo Energy, is recruiting a Collections Specialist to support customers and manage outstanding accounts from Brisbane. The role focuses on fair outcomes, empathy, and compliant processes within an essential service industry.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, set up payment plans, explain assistance programs, and maintain accurate notes while building customer trust. Full time, permanent with rotating hours.
