CLEANING OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR NEEDED – FULL TIME

We are looking for an experienced, reliable and responsible Cleaning Operations Supervisor to manage and visit multiple commercial cleaning sites.

n

Full-Time Position

n

Start Time: 6:00 AM

n

Hours: 8 hours on-site per day + phone availability outside in office hours as required

n

Must have a valid driver licence and own vehicle

Main Responsibilities n

n
- Visit and supervise different cleaning sites
n
- Manage cleaners and daily site operations
n
- Allocate staff and arrange shift coverage
n
- Train new cleaners and conduct toolbox talks
n
- Manage site keys, alarms and access procedures
n
- Monitor staff attendance and performance
n
- Check cleaning equipment, chemicals and supplies
n
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
n
- Communicate with clients and resolve site issues
n
- Complete daily operational reports
n

Requirements nn
- Commercial cleaning/supervisory experience preferred
n
- Must be willing to travel between different sites
n
- Reliable, organised and responsible
n
- Good communication and staff-management skills
n
- Own vehicle and valid driver licence required
