We are currently seeking a front of house junior to join our team.

- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management.

- Great interpersonal and communication skills, to interact positively with restaurant staff and management.

- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a quick-paced environment.

- Availability to work weekends & public holidays

Responsibilities nn
- Operate glass washing equipment to ensure all items are cleaned thoroughly and stored properly.
n
- Ensure cutlery and crockery is cleaned properly and stored correctly.
n
- Assist front of house and bartending team with basic cleaning tasks
n
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
n
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
n
- Work cooperatively and communicate effectively with front of house team to provide support during busy periods.
