Job Description

Lifestyle Solutions in Maitland and Newcastle is seeking a Therapeutic Youth Worker to support children and young people in care. You’ll help them feel protected, build trust, and believe in their futures through calm, compassionate care and structured daily routines.

You will provide active support, health support, behaviour support, safeguarding, and work within a supportive team. A Diploma pathway is available; weekend and overnight availability is required. Salary packaging and meals card offered.
