Job Description

Sitemate is seeking a payroll/People Operations lead to own the employee lifecycle end-to-end, including payroll, onboarding, performance and offboarding. You will automate processes, improve data quality, and scale People programs across four entities to support a rapid-growing company.

You’ll work with a lean team, partnering with Finance and using AI tools to streamline day-to-day HR operations while ensuring compliance across regions.
