Delivery Driver / Mail Sorter (Casual)
Recruitment Select is seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver / Mail Sorter to join a valued local independent client.
This casual position offers between 4 to 8 hours per day, with the opportunity to work up to 5 days per week. Mail sorting duties are based in Shepparton, while deliveries are completed along a regional route departing from Shepparton and involving frequent stops throughout the trip.
Key Responsibilities
- Sort and organise mail accurately and efficiently
- Deliver mail safely and professionally along designated regional routes
- Operate a delivery vehicle in accordance with road and safety requirements
- Work independently while maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Assist across various areas of the operation as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A current and valid Driver's Licence
- A reliable, hardworking and self-motivated approach
- The ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively
- Flexibility to assist in different areas of the business when required
- The ability to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently
- Proven experience working both independently and as part of a team
- A solid commitment to workplace health and safety
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to successfully pass a Drug and Alcohol Screening
- A current Police Check
- Full and unrestricted Australian working rights
