Position Available:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Farm Operator for an ongoing full-time role.

About the role:

Responsibilities will include:

- Operate tractors and farm machinery to complete daily agricultural tasks.
- Assist with hay production, including cutting, baling, and handling hay.
- Perform general farm duties and maintain farm equipment and facilities.
- Communicate and work collaboratively with management and co-workers to complete assigned tasks.
- Follow Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

About You:

- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and with minimal supervision.




- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in hay production and related agricultural activities.
- Previous farming experience, with a practical understanding of general farm operations and operating tractors and agricultural machinery.
