Oversee day-to-day site activities across subdivision and civil construction projects, coordinating crews, subcontractors and resources to keep works progressing safely and to programme.

Working closely with project management teams, you'll monitor construction progress, maintain quality standards and ensure works are completed in line with project requirements.

Description

- Supervise site crews, subcontractors and plant across civil construction works.

- Coordinate daily work programmes, resources and materials to maintain productivity and project timelines.

- Ensure works meet construction specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.

Profile

- Demonstrated experience as a Civil Foreman, ideally across subdivision projects.

- Experience in bulk earthworks, civil construction and roadworks.

- The ability to lead crews, coordinate subcontractors and manage day-to-day site operations.

- The ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

- A commitment to workplace health and safety and construction quality.

- A current driver's licence and Construction Industry Card (White Card).
