Take an active role in delivering civil construction projects across the Bundaberg region, with involvement in day-to-day project coordination and site operations.

Working closely with the Project Manager and site teams, you'll help manage resources, track progress and keep project requirements on course, with a focus on quality, safety, programme and commercial outcomes.

Description

- Coordinate day-to-day project delivery, including subcontractors, resources, procurement and programme requirements.

- Manage project documentation, quality assurance, safety compliance and reporting.

- Monitor project costs, variations and progress, working with site teams to resolve issues.

Profile

- Experience as a Project Engineer within civil construction, ideally with a strong background in subdivision projects.

- Understanding of subdivision works, including earthworks, roads, drainage and underground services.

- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

- The ability to coordinate project requirements and work effectively with site teams and subcontractors.

- A relevant Civil Engineering qualification.
