The Organisation
Our client is an established organisation in the healthcare space, supporting a large workforce across multiple sites. They are looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to step in for a short-term contract, supporting business-as-usual payroll alongside a targeted reconciliation project.

The Role
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will support end-to-end payroll processing while leading a project to reconcile and resolve historical overpayments.
Responsibilities include:

- Processing end-to-end payroll for a large employee base
- Maintaining employee records, timesheets and pay adjustments
- Reviewing, reconciling and resolving overpayments as part of a dedicated project
- Liaising with employees and managers on payroll queries and recovery arrangements
- Ensuring compliance with relevant awards, enterprise agreements and legislation

About You





- Hands-on Dayforce experience (essential)
- Solid background in end-to-end payroll processing
- Experience interpreting awards and enterprise agreements, ideally in healthcare or a similar award-heavy setting
- Available immediately or at short notice

- $85,000 - $120,000 + Super
- 3-6 month contract with a clear project focus
- Hybrid working with 3-4 days WFH
- Western Sydney location close to public transport
