Tradelink Swan Hill is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Internal Sales team member to join the branch.

Whether you're just starting out, have some customer service experience or are ready for a new challenge, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

You don't need to know plumbing or trade supplies. We're looking for someone with a great attitude, a natural way with people and the drive to succeed.

What you'll be doing

- Look after trade customers and deliver great service
- Build relationships with current and existing customers
- Learn about products and provide practical advice
- Assist with sales enquiries, quotes and orders
- Spot sales opportunities and help grow the branch
- Support the day-to-day running of the branch

What we're looking for

- Confident, friendly and genuinely enjoy talking to people
- Motivated, proactive and eager to learn
- A natural interest in sales and building relationships
- A team player who's happy to get stuck in
- Organised, reliable and willing to take on responsibility
- Current driver's licence





Experience in retail, customer service or sales is a bonus, but not essential. We'll help you develop the skills and industry knowledge you need.
