SustainHealth are partnered with a growing NDIS provider in the Blacktown area to onboard a Senior Speech Pathologist to take on a paediatric and adolescent caseload.

This role would suit an experienced Speech Pathologist who enjoys providing assessment, therapy and intervention to participants presenting with neurodevelopmental differences in a fun and engaging way.

You'd be joining a bubbly, close-knit multidisciplinary team of OTs, Physios and Dietitians with regular MDT meetings, case consults, all with the aim of improving outcomes for participants receiving care.

About the Role:

- Full-time or part-time options available, with scope to start part-time and build from there
- Remuneration up to $125k + super
- Flexibility on KPIs; work/life balance is central to the organisation so this can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis

- Professional Development; unlimited CPD budget! If there is a conference you want to attend or training you want to complete, you can request funding from the organisation

- Hybrid caseload; most clinicians do 2-3 days from the clinic and 2-3 days mobile. Exact split is up to you!

About You:

- Eligible for SPA membership
- Previous experience working with paediatric and adolescent NDIS participants
