About the role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll be responsible for providing premium table service in a relaxed and welcoming venue. You'll confidently guide guests through our food and beverage offerings, build rapport with customers, and help create an atmosphere that keeps people coming back.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional table service from greeting to farewell

- Take food and beverage orders accurately

- Provide menu and drink recommendations

- Upsell food, beverages, and specials in a genuine and customer-focused manner

- Maintain a clean and well-presented service environment

- Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally

- Work closely with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless guest experience

About you

- Previous experience in table service or a similar hospitality role

- Confident and professional communication skills

- Ability to build genuine connections with guests while maintaining professionalism

- Solid upselling skills and the ability to recommend food, beer, wine, cocktails, and other beverages

- A positive attitude and passion for hospitality

- Knowledge of alcoholic beverages,



including beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails

- Eagerness to continually learn about our menu, drinks, and products

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent presentation and attention to detail

- A reliable team player with a strong work ethic

- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)

- Availability to work nights, weekends, public holidays, and peak trading periods
