Job Description

Universal Tint & Auto Centre Central Coast Pty Ltd is a window tinting, vinyl wrapping and signage company based in West Gosford on the Central Coast. The company has been established for over 20 years and specialises in automotive, residential and commercial window tinting and paint protection film (PPF). The company focuses on quality products and services and maintaining its reputation for quality.

The company is seeking a qualified Vehicle Trimmer / Window Tinter / PPF Installer for its Central Coast location. Duties and Responsibilities

- Install, repair and replace vehicle interior trim components, including roof linings, carpets, floor coverings, seat coverings and other interior fittings.
- Prepare trim work by reviewing job specifications, sketches and customer requirements to ensure accurate installation and repairs.
- Remove existing trim, coverings and fittings as required, and take precise measurements for replacement or custom-made trim.
- Select, measure, mark and cut materials such as fabric, vinyl, leather and associated products to required dimensions and specifications.
- Manufacture, fit and secure replacement or custom trim components to achieve a professional finish.
- Install and repair door trims, mouldings, rubber seals, weather strips and other vehicle trim accessories.
- Select,



apply and install automotive window tinting films in accordance with manufacturer specifications and customer requirements.
- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards and rectification of defects where necessary.
- Maintain tools, equipment and work areas in a clean, safe and organised condition.
- Comply with workplace health and safety requirements, company policies and industry best practices.
- Assist other team members with installations, trim removal, repairs, quality control inspections and workshop operations as required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, workmanship quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- At least a Certificate III qualification, or otherwise three years of work experience.
- At least two years of relevant work experience in the industry.
- A manual and automatic driver's licence, as driving vehicles is required.
- A strong work ethic and a reliable, honest, punctual and polite approach.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- An interest in the motor industry.
