Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional, attentive and efficient food and beverage service to all guests
- Provide prompt, courteous in-room dining service, including order delivery, presentation, billing, and timely tray/trolley clearance.
- Ensure food and beverages are delivered and presented in a timely, polished manner
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming workplace
- Assist with tray set up, floor check and delivering amenities
- Support opening and closing duties as required
