About the Roles

As part of our Front Office team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating memorable experiences from arrival through to departure. Opportunities are available across Guest Service Agent and Front Office Supervisor positions.

Depending on your level of experience, responsibilities may include:





- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming guest experience
- Managing guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and general enquiries
- Handling guest requests and resolving concerns in a qualified and timely manner
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate guest records
- Supporting the daily operation of the Front Office to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Leading, coaching, and supporting the Front Office team to deliver service excellence (Front Office Supervisor positions)
- Ensuring brand standards and operational procedures are consistently maintained
