Something BIG is coming to Coolum Beach! The iconic Coolum Beach Hotel is undergoing a massive transformation and relaunch. As part of this expansion, we’re opening Coolys Kiosk, a brand-current beachfront burger bar and cafe concept alongside our refreshed main kitchen
To bring this exciting new vision to life, we’re looking for a variety of passionate, energetic Chefs & Cooks to join our kitchen squad:
A day in the life of a Chef:
- Deliver 'WOW' Experiences: Collaborate with a dynamic kitchen team to serve up fresh, delicious, and consistent dishes that delight our locals and visitors.
- Set the Standard: Drive kitchen operations during an exciting relaunch phase across both classic pub dining and fresh burger/kiosk menus.
- Safety & Culture First: Contribute positively to a team culture centered on food safety, hygiene, teamwork, and fun.
