What you’ll be doing:

We’re looking for a Video Growth Manager to lead the strategy and growth of carsales’ video audiences across YouTube, and carsales channels. You’ll bring together audience insights, creative direction and production leadership to grow subscribers, watch time, retention and engagement, while strengthening the carsales brand and creating new commercial opportunities.

- Translate audience insights, platform trends and commercial opportunities into a transparent video strategy, programming slate and production priorities.
- Support and mentor our video production team, building a high-performing culture grounded in creativity, collaboration and accountability.
- Drive measurable audience growth through performance analysis, publishing optimisation and experimentation with formats, thumbnails, metadata and retention.
- Develop original video formats, sponsorship integrations and scalable commercial products in partnership with Editorial, Audience Development, Commercial, and Marketing.
- Share knowledge and contribute as a senior Content leader, championing emerging platforms, technologies and AI-enabled workflows while reporting performance and influencing strategic planning.
