About the Role

Join a supportive residential real estate team in the West as a Leasing Manager. This is a great opportunity to build your skills, gain experience and work towards a Property Manager role.
You’ll manage leasing enquiries, coordinate ingoing reports and assist with the leasing process while working within a close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage leasing enquiries and applications
- Coordinate ingoing condition reports
- Assist with the leasing process through to tenancy commencement
- Liaise with renters, rental providers and the team
- Keep leasing paperwork organised and up to date
- Support daily leasing operations

About You

We’re looking for someone with residential real estate experience, ideally in leasing, who is organised, proactive and keen to learn.




You’ll have good communication skills, attention to detail and a positive attitude.
An Agent’s Representative Certificate is required.
