Enhanced Energy Group is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Solar Appointment Setters to join our growing team across Gold Coast and Adelaide.

You’ll be speaking with customers who have already shown interest in solar and battery solutions, helping them understand their options and connecting them with our Energy Experts.

No grinding through endless dead lists. No pointless calls. Just genuine conversations with people who have enquired about making the switch to solar.

Your role is to build rapport, understand customer needs, create interest and book quality appointments for our sales team.

We’re looking for people who enjoy a challenge, take pride in their work and want to be part of a supportive, performance focused team.

With the flexibility to work from home or in our Gold Coast office, this is a great prospect for someone who values both independence and being part of a team.

Key responsibilities

You’ll be connecting with warm solar and battery enquiries and helping customers take the next step towards their energy goals. Your day will include:

- Calling customers who have expressed interest in solar and battery solutions

- Booking qualified in home consultations for our consultants to meet with them at their home

- Following up with customers via phone, SMS and email

- Building rapport and helping customers understand the benefits of solar

- Answering questions and confidently working through common objections

- Helping customers prepare for their consultation, including collecting power bills where required





- Keeping customer information and CRM records accurate and up to date

- Working closely with our sales team to ensure every appointment is worthwhile and well qualified

This role is about more than simply making calls. We want people who can have engaging conversations, listen to customers, build trust and confidently guide them towards the next step.

You’ll receive support and guidance, but we also value people who take initiative, stay organised and enjoy seeing the results of their efforts.

About you

You don’t need to know everything about solar to get started, but being confident on the phone is important. You’ll be a great fit if you are:

- Friendly, confident and professional when speaking with customers

- Experienced in appointment setting, outbound lead generation or phone sales

- Comfortable answering questions and handling objections

- Organised, reliable and happy to follow a proven process

- Motivated by goals, results and performance based rewards

- A quick learner who welcomes feedback and wants to improve

- Comfortable working independently, whether from home or in the office

- Someone who brings a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to the team

Experience in the solar industry is a bonus, but it’s certainly not essential. We value the right attitude, a willingness to learn and the ability to communicate confidently. We will turn you into a solar guru capable of handling any questions headed your way.
