About the Role

Total Fire Solutions is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our growing team based in Heatherbrae, NSW. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and rapid paced business, supporting marketing activities across multiple service divisions and locations.

In this hands on role, you will assist with the planning and delivery of marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, promote our services and support business growth. You will work across digital and traditional marketing channels, helping to coordinate campaigns, manage online content, support events and create professional marketing materials that showcase the capabilities of Total Fire Solutions.

This position offers exposure to a broad range of marketing functions including social media management, website administration, content creation, SEO, branding, and corporate communications. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will play an important role in enhancing our market presence and maintaining a consistent professional brand across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create,



schedule and manage engaging content across company social media platforms to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.

• Maintain and update website content, ensuring information remains accurate, professional and aligned with company branding.

• Assist with search engine optimisation activities, including keyword research, content optimisation and monitoring website performance.

• Develop marketing materials including newsletters, articles, capability statements, presentations, brochures and promotional resources.

• Coordinate marketing campaigns, corporate events, trade shows and community engagement activities.

• Ensure all marketing and communication materials comply with company branding standards and maintain a consistent professional image.

Experience and Qualifications

- Degree or qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.

- Experience in a marketing or communications role.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience managing social media platforms and digital content.

- Knowledge of website management and SEO principles.

- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
