We currently have vacancies for an 'Assistant Store Managers' across the Eastern & Western Suburbs of Melbourne who possesses the following.........................

Skills & Experience:

- Prior experience as an experienced trades qualified lead butcher looking to take the next step in their career through to store management,

- Proven ability to successfully deliver in all aspects of the role, driving sales, managing costs, increasing profit, stock control and people management and development,





- Understand the importance of securing our own future by growing and developing the best apprentices who will be our best butchers and future store management,

- Have a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service, and

- Applicants with a blend of both Fresh Meat (including trades qualified butchers) and/or Fresh Food retail management experience would be highly desirable, but not essential.
