The Role:

We are seeking a high-performing graduate to join our Distribution & Marketing team as a Client Services Associate. This is an entry-level role designed as a pathway into a client-facing career in fixed income, with the long-term aim of progressing into an Investment Specialist or sales role.

Working closely with our distribution team, portfolio managers, operations and compliance, you will support Realm’s relationships with financial advisers, platforms, research houses and institutional investors. You will build a strong grounding in Australian and global credit markets, our fund range and the regulatory framework we operate in, while developing the communication and client skills needed to represent Realm’s investment capabilities.

As your knowledge grows, you will take on greater responsibility, including attending client meetings, preparing and presenting fund updates, and contributing to sales and marketing initiatives.

This role suits a recent or soon-to-be graduate with strong academic results, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and an interest in financial markets.

Responsibilities:

Client service and relationship support

- Act as a first point of contact for enquiries from advisers, dealer groups, platforms, family offices and direct investors.



Resolve issues with the unit registry and operations as needed.

- Support the distribution team with meeting preparation, briefing notes, follow-ups and tracking of client actions.

- Help onboard new clients and coordinate application, AML/KYC and redemption queries with the registry.

- Keep ongoing relationships with platforms, research houses and other intermediaries.

Fund documentation and marketing communications

- Coordinate updates to fund documents, including PDSs, IMs, Target Market Determinations (DDO), fact sheets and fund profiles.

- Support DDO obligations, including distributor reporting, complaints and significant dealings records.

- Make sure client-facing materials go through compliance review and approval before release.

- Help produce monthly fund reports, commentaries, investors updates and presentations.

- Prepare and coordinate responses to due diligence questionnaires, RFPs and consultant or research house requests.

Required Skills & Experience:

- High performing candidate with solid university marks and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- About to graduate, or tertiary qualification in finance, commerce, economics or a related field.

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines.

- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Salesforce experience is highly regarded.

- An interest in financial markets and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
