JH Civil Group is seeking an experienced multiskilled operator to join our growing team, working across a variety of civil construction projects. This role is suited to an experienced civil operator who is confident across a range of plant and equipment, with the ability to step up and supervise crews when required.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

- Operating a variety of civil construction machinery.

- Safely load and unload plant and equipment.

- Maintaining a high level of attention to detail in all tasks.

- Demonstrating proficiency in trenching, bulk earthworks, stormwater installation, and pipework.

- Ensuring reliability and punctuality with a robust work ethic.

- Maintaining a positive attitude and work collaboratively within a team environment.

- Taking pride in workmanship,



including routine machine maintenance and care.

- Ensuring capability of working independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum 5 years' experience on a civil construction site.

- MR/ HR License – essential.

- GPS experience – highly regarded.

- Proven experience operating machinery ranging from 1.5T to 50T.

- Current and valid machine operating tickets (e.g. Statement of Attainment, VOC).

- White Card (General Construction Induction Card).

- Current driver’s license.

- Reliable personal transport to and from site.

- Experience as a leading hand is desirable.
