As Centre Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and operation of Kinder Lane. You will work closely with our educators, families and leadership team to ensure the centre continues to provide a safe, nurturing and high-quality environment for children.
Key responsibilities
- Leading, supporting and developing our team of educators
- Creating a positive, respectful and enjoyable workplace culture
- Building strong and genuine relationships with children and families
- Developing relationships with local schools, organisations and the wider community
- Overseeing daily centre operations and staffing
- Managing rosters, recruitment and staff performance
- Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework and relevant regulations
- Supporting high-quality educational programs and outcomes
- Managing enrolments and family engagement
- Overseeing incidents, policies, procedures and compliance
About you
- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Previous experience in a Centre Manager/Director, Assistant Director or senior leadership position
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to lead,
motivate and develop a team
- Robust organisational and time-management skills
- A genuine passion for children and early learning
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- The confidence to make decisions and take ownership
- A genuine interest in building relationships within the local community
