F&B; and Bar Attendant – Key Responsibilities:

- Work alongside supervisors to support daily operations

- Set up, clean, and pack down service areas to required standards

- Deliver quality service in restaurant, function and bar environments

- Prepare and serve beverages, maintaining bar areas and equipment

- Monitor food quality and presentation

- Handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally

Barista – Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve consistent, high-quality espresso drinks

- Operate commercial machines and maintain a clean, organised station

- Handle multiple orders efficiently during peak times

- Maintain stock levels and follow hygiene standards

- Provide friendly and responsive service, adapting to guest preferences

About you:

- Previous hospitality experience





- Familiarity with banquet service and set-up is highly desirable

- Excellent communication and personal presentation

- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail

- Food safety and hygiene knowledge

- Ability to multitask under pressure

- A positive, customer-focused attitude

- Valid RSA certificate (Responsible Service of Alcohol) or willingness to obtain one

- Recent Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)

Uniform:

- Black business-style pants, long-sleeved black collared business shirt, black leather-look business shoes, black socks
