Job responsibilities & experience needed:

- You’ll be required to oversee the daily operation of a high-performing service department with a strong structure of field and office staff in place who you’ll push and support daily




- Have financial responsibility for a P&L;, provide accurate forecasts and attend budget meetings
- Liaise with high-profile clientele, oversee WIP and attend regular weekly/monthly client meetings
- You must ideally have 1+ years of service management experience
- Must have strong people management skills and knowledge of relevant AS-1851 standards
- Although fire experience is desired, experience in other building services industries will be considered
