About the Role:

Event Force (part of ACESGroup) are a leading provider of customer experience solutions to the venues and events industry. The business continues to grow as a partner of choice to the industry for high quality customer service.

We are seeking motivated casual event customer service staff to work in the box office providing ticketing sales and resolution at a major concert event in Townsville on Saturday 7th November 2026. Shifts commence around 4pm and finish around 9pm (applicants must be available for this event).

We are looking for fun, outgoing, professional team members who are passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences.

This is casual employment in line with venue event schedules. Shift opportunities may also exist in the future for those interested in working with Event Force, however applicants for this role MUST be available to work in Townsville on Saturday 7th November.

You will be:

- Selling Tickets
- Providing General Customer Service
- Resolving Ticketing Queries
- Scanning Tickets

Applicants should highlight relevant or transferable experience in these roles.

- Must be available to work Saturday 7th November 2026 in Townsville (from 4pm)
- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
