The Role as a HVAC Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of major mechanical services projects, managing them from initial planning through construction, commissioning and handover.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing major commercial HVAC projects valued between $10M and $12M.
- Overseeing project budgets, programmes, procurement and commercial performance.
- Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.




- Building strong working relationships with head contractors and key project stakeholders.
- Managing project variations, progress claims, forecasting and cost control.
- Ensuring projects meet quality, safety and programme requirements.
- Working closely with engineering and construction teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Managing commissioning, defects and final project handover.

About You We're looking for experienced mechanical services professionals who understand what it takes to successfully deliver major commercial HVAC installations.

You will have:

- Proven experience as an HVAC or Mechanical Services Project Manager.
- Experience delivering large commercial construction projects, ideally valued at $5M–$10M+ in mechanical services.
- Robust knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including chilled water, AHUs, FCUs, VRF and associated mechanical plant.
- Solid commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, variations and subcontractor management.
- Experience working with major builders and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- A mechanical engineering, building services or trade background.

We would also welcome applications from experienced Senior Project Engineers who have managed substantial mechanical services packages and are ready to step into a Project Manager position.
