You won’t just be managing a venue, you’ll be shaping one of Melbourne’s most iconic hospitality brands. This role works closely with our Venue Manager and Group General Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the eyes, ears, and heartbeat of the venue. A leader people trust. A big vibe-setter. A calm head on a big night. Your day-to-day includes:

- Running the floor with confidence and charisma

- Leading shifts and stepping up when the Venue Manager is off-site or on leave

- Delivering exceptional guest experiences

- Developing, coaching, and mentoring the team

- Fostering culture, fun, and high standards

- Maintaining immaculate service detail

- Driving operational excellence across venue, events, and snack bar

- Contributing to HR tasks such as training,



onboarding, rostering

- Collaborating with senior leadership to keep Mr. Miyagi at the top of Melbourne’s dining scene
